Good to see the sunshine!

It's been a bit of a harder day today because I've had pain in my legs and I'm so very tired. However, I'm just taking it easy and laying down most of the time. Eating is difficult because not too much is appetizing or appealing to me. I've been on pain medication which makes me more groggy but it does settle me down. All part of the process, I suppose. I did step outside awhile this afternoon just to breathe in the sunshine. Dad, did you plant some little crocuses by my front step? They are blooming and look so pretty! I love them! Spring is definitely in the air today!

Love, Sandra

  2. Sandra,
I'm sorry you've had a painful and tiring day. Too much shopping yesterday, maybe? I imagine it's frustrating to be taking drugs and feeling drowsy, but I'm sure you're also thankful that there are drugs to take! Sleep and rest well, my friend.

    Love,
    Jeanette

  3. Hey Sandra:
I am truly amazed that you could walk into the chemo room and go through with it - God really is our rock and our fortress! I am so thankful that He hears our prayers.
When you are feeling up for it, I have a post-chemo DVD for you to watch. I will call in and check later in the week. I'll be thinking of you lots!
    Love sj

  5. Hi there, Sandra:). I hope that today has been a better day than yesterday...that you have less pain and more energy! We prayed for both you and Audrey at school this morning...the more people praying, the better!!

It's been good to be back at work, but I sure didn't want to get up with my alarm this morning! I could have easily stayed in bed a while longer:). I sure hope that you slept for a lot longer!!

    Keep on resting.

    Love,
    Jeanette
